Mow Team Crew Leader
The mow team crew leader will be responsible for leading a crew to mow, edge and clean up Hollandia’s mowing accounts. They will also help the maintenance team with other tasks in early spring and late fall.
Experience leading a crew of 2-3 team members
Experience with operating sit-down or stand-up zero turn mowers
Ability to operate small handheld equipment
Ability to create quality work, safely and efficiently
Assist with snow operations
Crew Members
Crew leaders are needed in all divisions of Hollandia, including landscape installations and maintenance department. The crew member will work with and assist their team leader with their project each day.
No experienced Required
Positive attitude and ability to communicate with various members of the organization
Assist in snow operations
Mulch Truck/Hydroseed Foreman
The mulch truck/hydroseed foreman is responsible for leading a crew to install mulch on large properties and install hydroseed on new lawns. This position may also help with landscape crews on various projects on a minimum basis.
Class A CDL required
Experience or ability to operate large trucks (Hollandia will train on specifics of operating each piece of equipment)
Assist with snow operations
Landscape Designer/Sales
The Landscape Designer/Sales employee must be familiar with all aspects of landscape design and project builds which includes: sales, estimating, design, construction and customer service. This individual will oversee all interaction with the client and keep them informed throughout the project.
Minimum of three years in Landscape Design/Build/Sales Experience
Associates degree (preferably in a Green Industry related field)
Possess a valid driver’s license and must be insurable on company’s insurance policy
Landscape Construction Foreman
The landscape construction foreman is responsible for leading a crew to install various types of landscape projects such as installing pavers, retaining walls, landscape beds, plants and lawns.
Experience operating skid steers, and various other equipment and handheld power tools
Ability to create quality work, safely and efficiently
Complete appropriate paperwork
Assist with snow operations
Maintenance Crew Leader
The maintenance team crew leader will be responsible for leading a crew to maintain properties and complete tasks including spring clean-ups, bed edgings, installing mulch, weeding, pruning, and fall clean-ups.
Certified Pesticide Applicators license encouraged, but not required
Experience leading a crew of 2-5 team members
Basic knowledge of plants and proper pruning/weeding techniques
Ability to operate small handheld equipment
